Villa Soha is not a hotel.
It is a charming guest house created for travellers seeking peace, space and the kind of warm, personal hospitality that only a small, intimate property can offer.
Built in 2021, our contemporary villa overlooks the historic village of Mougins and blends seamlessly into a 2,600 m² Mediterranean garden. Everything here has been designed to help you embrace the relaxed lifestyle of the French Riviera: spacious sun-drenched terraces, a large swimming pool, peaceful areas to unwind, and just three guest rooms, ensuring an intimate and tranquil atmosphere.
Our wish was to create a place where you immediately feel on holiday—a place where you can slow down, enjoy a book by the pool, savour breakfast on the terrace, explore the treasures of the region, and return to the peace and comfort of Villa Soha.

Why Only Three Guest Rooms?
We made a simple choice: to focus on quality rather than quantity.
With just three guest rooms, Villa Soha welcomes a maximum of six guests at a time. By keeping our guest house intentionally small, we can preserve its peaceful atmosphere, remain available for every guest and offer a far more personal experience than a larger property.
It's also part of what makes Villa Soha so special: everyone has plenty of space to relax, whether by the pool, on the terrace or in the Mediterranean garden.

At Villa Soha, every day is an invitation to discover the Côte d'Azur at your own pace, before returning to the calm and serenity of your room.
Imagine… After a delicious breakfast by the pool, you set off to explore one of the region's most beautiful villages, wander through a Provençal market, discover a cove with turquoise waters, or have lunch on a terrace facing the Mediterranean.
The afternoon continues amid heritage, nature, or beach, depending on your mood. As the day draws to a close, when the towns come back to life with their evening bustle, you return to Villa Soha to enjoy a relaxing moment by the pool or on our spacious terrace.
In the evening, we will be delighted to recommend a restaurant we particularly enjoy, before you settle back into the comfort and quiet of the villa for a peaceful night.
