  • We are open from 1st May to 30 September and during the week of MIPIM in March
• Minimum number of nights :
  • The minimum stay is 3 nights
• Check In / Arrivals :
  • Between 16:00 and 20:00. Outside these hours, let’s see together how we organize
• Check out / Departure :
  • Check out by 11:00
• Breakfast :
  • It is served between 8 am and 10 am
• Pool :
  • Use is possible between 8am and 8pm
• Animals :
  
  • Unfortunately we do not accept animals
• Children and reception capacity :
  • We accept children from 12 years old because our house and garden are not suitable for younger children
  • Our rooms are not interconnected and cannot accommodate more than 2 people. This ensures the intimate side of our villa. There cannot be more than 6 Hosts at a time
• Cigarettes/Cigars/e-cigarettes :
  • It is not possible to smoke indoors (rooms and common areas) but the whole outdoor space is perfectly suited. Ashtrays are available on the terrace
• The rate :
  • Includes room rental for 1 or 2 people
  • Includes breakfast
  • The price of our rooms is fixed during the season and varies between 300€ (Room 2 & 3) and 330€ (Room 1) per night 
• Taxes :
  • The tourist tax is charged €1.07 in addition per guest per night.
• Cancellation conditions :
  • the entire amount can be refunded until 14 days prior to arrival - no refund is possible within 14 days of your arrival
